By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the App.

2. Description of Service

The App provides functionality to play music files stored on your device or in cloud storage (Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive) and includes AI-powered voice control features using the Gemini API.

3. Use of Cloud Storage

The App accesses third-party cloud storage services such as Google Drive, Dropbox, and OneDrive only when authorized by you. Your use of these services is also subject to their respective terms of service.

• The App accesses cloud storage solely for the purpose of playing and caching music files.
• The App will not delete or modify your files without your explicit action.

4. AI Voice Control

The App's voice control feature utilizes the Google Gemini API.

• Text data from your voice commands is sent to Google's servers to analyze the intent of your operation.
• This data is used solely for controlling music playback and not for any other purpose.
• If you use the API Key mode, you are responsible for managing your own API key.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

• Violating any applicable laws or regulations.
• Engaging in criminal acts.
• Damaging, disabling, or impairing the App's servers or networks.
• Interfering with the operation of the App.
• Collecting or harvesting personal information about other users.
• Using the App for any fraudulent or malicious purpose.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The developer makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the App's safety, reliability, accuracy, completeness, validity, or fitness for a particular purpose.

The developer shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.

7. Changes to Terms

The developer reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. By continuing to use the App after any changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
